Our Registration Process in 3 Easy Steps:

1. You’ll book your stateroom(s) directly with Norwegian Cruise Line. Contact our Cruise Consultant at NCL or one of his fellow associates:

Bookings through outside agencies or third-party websites will not allow you to be assigned to our events group and will prevent you from participating in group events.

Cost of Stateroom is dependent on class of room selected. All Stateroom questions should be addressed using information above. Stateroom expenses are paid direct to NCL. Cost of training is $1595 per student and will be billed direct from Tech Outbound.

2. We can’t process your registration or reserve a seat for you without a booking number from NCL confirming your stateroom reservation. Use the booking number when completing our registration form below.

3. You'll receive a confirmation letter and a link for payment via email. When payment is received you’ll be added to all communications for your event.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting a registration for a Tech Outbound event you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. In order to be consistent with NCL cancellation policies we will refund your training registration fees less $200 for processing up until 75 days prior to your embarkation date.
2. Tech Outbound will refund your training registration fees less $750 between 30-74 days prior to your embarkation date.
